Balsamic Chicken Salad

Interesting flavors and packed with goodness, this salad is great to pack for your office lunch. Use it as a main dish or as a side for dinner.
Ingredients
Chicken fillet- 2 x 250gms
Mixed green leaves- 1 big pack
Cherry tomatoes, halved- 10 pieces
Pine nuts- 2 tbsp
Olives thinly sliced – ½ cup
Balsamic vinegar – 4 tbsp
Instructions
1. Place the chicken fillets in a non stick frying pan with the Balsamic vinegar and cook on both sides until well browned.
2. In the meantime place the mixed green leaves on a big plate.
3. Once the chicken fillets are done, place them on the plate.
4. Place the halved cherry tomatoes and olive slices on the leaves.
5. Sprinkle the pine nuts and olives on top.
6. Sit back and enjoy.
